ORDER PROCESS
01 Inquiry: Customer initiates the process by making an inquiry about a product or service. This could be done through various channels such as email, phone call, website from or in-person visit.

02 Quotation/Proposal: For existing products that need to be enhanced, RJS will request a sample from customer to ensure accurate recommendations & provide them with a quotation detailing the product or service, its price, quantity, delivery terms, and any other relevant information.

03 Pre-Production Sample: To ensure the quality and specifications of the products, RJS will produce a sample for customer for assessment and approval before proceeding with mass production. 

04 Order Placement: If customer accepts the quotation and approve the sample, they place an order with RJS. This could involve signing a contract, submitting a purchase order, or making a verbal agreement, depending on the business' procedures. 

05 Order Confirmation: RJS confirms the order details with the customer to ensure accuracy and clarity. Any discrepancies or special requests may be addressed at this stage. 

06 Order Fulfillment (Mass Production): As soon as everything is set, RJS proceeds with order fulfillment. This includes sourcing or manufacturing the product, packaging it, and preparing it for shipment. 

07 Shipment: RJS arranges for the shipment to the customer's specified location. Once the order is deliveredf, RJS may request confirmation of receipt to ensure successfull delivery.

08 Payment: After delivery, RJS issues an invoice to the customer, detailing the final charges, any applicable additional fees, and the payment due date (if not paid in advance).

09 After-sale Service: RJS is available via email or phone for customer support or assistance regarding a project. Feedbacks on the order process, product quality, and overall satisfaction are highly encouraged to help improve future transactions.
